CNC bending processes are usually linked to sheet metal laser cutting operations; after being cut by a laser, the machined part usually undergoes CNC bending, which allows to create details even with complex geometries based on the design provided by the customer.
Our bending presses have a power of 100 tonnes and work surfaces of 3000 mm; they are also able to carry out the following types of work:
- CNC iron bending
- CNC stainless steel bending
- CNC aluminium bending
- CNC copper bending
- CNC brass bending
- CNC titanium bending
- CNC pre-galvanised metal bending
The CNC bending machines allow us to machine small and large parts, while optimising costs and performing customisation based on customer requests.
The CNC bending machines are also part of the Industry 4.0 investment program and therefore allow us to check operation in real time (as is also the case with sheet metal laser cutting) the state of CNC bending operations with special dedicated management programs. The further advantage is that we may obtain immediate assistance from the manufacturer in case of any failure or for the optimisation of production processes.
The flexibility of the machinery is optimal for rapid prototyping processes with maximum reliability.
